Known as "Speed Doctor," Keondra is a prominent speed coach and entrepreneur, leading The Mallard Speed Academy. With a background as a former elite sprinter and a USATF Junior Olympic record holder, she combines advanced speed training with mindset coaching. Her academy has notably helped over 300 athletes secure Division 1 scholarships. Featured on major networks like FOX, CBS, and NBC, she has coached top-tier athletes, including Weston McKennie of Juventus and USMNT, and Olympian Jasmine Moore. Holding a Master's in Sports Administration, her approach extends beyond sports, impacting executive performance and leadership development.
